Buying Plots
How do I book a plot?
You can book a plot online through our website by browsing available projects, selecting your preferred plot on the interactive map, and completing the booking form. Alternatively, visit our office and our sales team will guide you through the process.
Can I reserve a plot before making full payment?
Yes. You can reserve a plot by paying a booking fee. The remaining balance can be paid according to your chosen payment plan. Reserved plots are held for 24 hours — please complete your reservation within that window.
Are the plots legally verified?
All our plots are fully verified with proper land titles and documentation. We conduct thorough due diligence on every project before listing, ensuring your investment is legally secure.
Can I buy a plot for business or commercial purposes?
Yes. Depending on the project zoning, our plots can be used for residential, mixed-use, or commercial purposes. Each project page provides details on permitted usage. Contact us for specific zoning queries.
Can I transfer a plot to someone else after purchase?
Yes. Plot ownership can be transferred. We assist with the full transfer process, including documentation and legal registration. Contact our office for the specific requirements and applicable fees.
Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and direct cash payments at our offices. All payments are documented and receipts are issued.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer flexible installment payment plans tailored to your budget. Plans vary by project — contact our sales team to discuss which plan works best for you and to review all terms before committing.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, verified banking channels and licensed mobile money platforms for all transactions. Every payment is tracked and a receipt is provided immediately upon confirmation.
Can I get a receipt for every payment?
Yes. Every payment is documented and an official receipt is issued. Receipts can be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or collected in person at our office.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. All costs are clearly stated upfront before any commitment is made. Any applicable fees (such as transfer or registration fees) are disclosed in full during the booking process. We have a strict no-surprise policy.

How do I find available plots?
Available plots are shown on each project's page. You can browse the interactive map to see plot sizes, prices, and availability status in real time — colour-coded as Available, Booked, Reserved, or Sold.
Can I visit the project site before buying?
Yes, we strongly encourage site visits. Schedule a visit with our sales team and we will arrange a guided tour of the project, including infrastructure walkthrough and nearby amenity points.
Do you offer consultancy for first-time buyers?
Yes. Our team provides dedicated guidance for first-time plot buyers — from choosing the right plot and understanding zoning to navigating the legal and payment process. We want your first investment to be a confident one.
What does the plot size include?
Plot sizes are measured in square metres (m²) and represent the total land area. All plot boundaries are clearly defined and marked. Road access and utility availability are noted on each project page.

You can reach our support team via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on our website. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For urgent inquiries outside office hours, you can send a WhatsApp message and we will respond on the next business day.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through our customer support. Policies vary depending on booking status and timing. Please contact us as early as possible to explore your options.
Can I get help using the interactive map?
Yes. Our support team can guide you through navigating the map, selecting plots, switching between street and satellite views, and understanding plot status colours. Contact us via the contact form or call our helpline.
What happens if my booked plot is released after 24 hours?
If a booking is not confirmed within 24 hours, the plot automatically returns to Available status and can be booked by another buyer. To avoid losing your preferred plot, complete your reservation before the booking window expires.
